Hello Kirk,

I have written a service for php error logs, which can be activated
in the php.ini (error_log = /var/log/... and log_errors=on)

I decided to include a timestamp with a RMS which allows a quick
categorization of messages (all time warnings which seems to be
normal and a real error which happend in a short period of time)
