[Logwatch-Devel] Is the logwatch project dying?

We've just finished the summer, which means (1) a lot of people were on
vacation, and (2) a lot of university-related people are busy getting back
to work.
I'm not a maintainer, but if the last few months have been slow, this is a
very plausible explanation.
