Kirk,

By looking at that command, it looks like it should have
spit the output to the screen.  I ran it and it doesn't
show anything.

No output... :-(

Ahh, logwatch, by default, processes logs from yesterday (whether that
is a good default is up for debate).

So, try this command

logwatch --print --range today --service named --detail 10
