Here seems to be the problem. Have you set a time zone? If not, try to set
one for example with /usr/sbin/timeconfig or run redhat-config-time. As I
don't have a machine running redhat 7.2, the commands maybe other ones...

IIRC logwatch 6.1 extended the --range parameter and uses Date::Manip for
this.
