[Logwatch] Logwatch 7.3.4 doubles postfix entries

The quick fix is to remove any line with the string syslog from the file

/usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logfiles/maillog.conf.

The problem is that the default syslog configuration puts mail log
messages to mail.log and syslog.

This bug is also in the current etch version.
