The short answer is no.
The long answer is sendmail.conf has lots of Sendmail Threshold values
that can be set if you look at the sendmail.conf file. [Or better yet
copy /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/services/sendmail.conf to
/etc/logwatch/conf/services/sendmail.conf and then edit that one.
