The point was that this module was not installed on Centos 4. There was
nothing in the output that gave me a clue the whole module was missing.

Only when I went to write a detailed bug report was when I noticed the
perl module was missing and logwatch was not complaining about it.

So it works on Centos 4 as well but logwatch should detect a complex
syntax in the range option and then complain about the lack of the
proper module instead of going on some odd quest.
