[Logwatch] logwatch not sending emails to alternate email address

The MAILTO variable is set in /etc/crontab, for Fedora systems.

There was a bug reported in Fedora about how MAILTO was handled in 
Logwatch.  Try getting the current logwatch.pl script from cvs, and see 
if that solves the problem.
