[Logwatch] POP3 and IMAP logs have gotten really long

Aha! The Courier service. Ok at least we know where the problem is  
now. I'll put it on my list stuff that is broken. [There is a dovecot  
patch in the fedora tree that sounds a lot like this problem when I  
get to it I will also take a look at the Courier script]
